  4. Luego cada lado de masa la cogeremos de cada lado y le daremos un par de vueltas formando como una espiral, pondremos sobre la bandeja del horno previamente forrada con papel de hornear y dejaremos tapada en un lugar sin aire durante 15 min
  5. Precalentaremos el horno a 240° con calor arriba y abajo y pondremos en el suelo del horno un recipiente con agua que hará que la corteza quedé crujientita. Una vez alcanzada la temperatura introduciremos una barra de pan durante unos 15 min pero dependerá de cada horno y al sacar está meteremos la otra, las dejaremos templar y..... Listas para degustar
