- Vertemos la mezcla en un molde rectangular forrado de papel de hornear Hornée durante 25 a 30 minutos a 180º
- Cuando haya pasado el tiempo se pincha con un palillo y si sale limpio es que ya está. Saque del horno y dejar reposar 30 minutos.
- Yo hago el bizcocho la ganaché de chocolate y el almíbar el día anterior el bizcocho para que asiente bien la amiga y la ganaché porque tenemos que dejarla unas horas el almíbar no os pongo receta porque hay varias opciones eso ya cada cual a su elección
- Al día siguiente se forma la tarta vamos poniendo capas de bizcocho almíbar y ganaché y por último cubrimos la tarta con ganaché y decoramos a nuestro gusto.
