- Se espolvorea con la cucharada de azúcar reservada y se hornea a 180º con calor arriba y abajo durante 50-55 min.
- Mientras tenemos el pastel en el horno se ponen en un cacito las pieles de las manzanas, dos cucharadas de azúcar, una rama de canela y un poco de agua, y se hierve todo hasta que se reduzca.
- Se cuela y con esta gelatina pintaremos el pastel cuando lo saquemos del horno para que le dé brillo y quede más jugoso.
- Dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente y después refrigeramos. Se come fresquito.
- Opcional: si prefieres que no te quede tan compacto sino más suelto, en lugar de triturar las manzanas córtalas en daditos pequeños.
