  8. 1 cdta comino
  9. 1 cdta. de cúrcuma
  10. 1 cdta. de jengibre molido o 1/2 de jengibre fresco
  11. 1 cdta. de pimentón dulce
  12. 1 manojo grande de perejil y cilantro frescos picados
  13. 2 cdtas. tomate concentrado
  14. Sal y Pimienta

  1. Salpimentar la carne y dorar en el Tajine con la cucharada de Smen.
    Retirar y dorar la cebolla y los ajos.
    Si se usa la Thermomix picar 5 sg en veloc. 5 y sofreír 6 min. 100º vel.1
    Entonces no hace falta retirar la carne, se incorpora después una vez terminado el sofrito en la Thermomix.
  2. Remover e incorporar el tomate troceado en dados y el tomate concentrado. Añadir todas las especias y el cilantro/perejil.
  3. Incorporar la alcachofa cortada y los guisantes. Añadir medio vaso de agua, solo un poco. Cocer a fuego medio aprox 45 min. 1 hora depende de la carne.
