Para todos esos que odiáis el conejo, os recomiendo esta receta. Comenzaréis a adorarlo!!!! Lo cierto es que no me explico cómo no puede gustarle a alguien el conejo (mi marido entre ellos), pero conozco a mucha gente. Sin embargo, a mis hijos les encanta!!!! Y es superfácil de hacer!!!

  1. * 1 cebolla pequeña
  2. * 10 ajos
  3. * 50 ml de aceite
  4. * 1 conejo troceado
  5. * harina
  6. * sal y pimienta
  7. * 1 copita de vino blanco
  8. * 1/2 l de caldo de pollo (si no tenéis hecho, 2 vasos de agua con una pastilla de caldo de pollo)

  1. Lo primero, es picar bien la cebolla y los ajos y sofreír, a fuego lento, en una olla baja y de fondo amplio durante unos 10 min.
    En thermomix: picar la cebolla junto con el ajo y el aceite 10 seg a vel 5. Programa 13 min, varoma, vel 1 y sin cubilete.
  2. * Sazonamos los trozos de conejo y los enharinamos (si quieres saber un truco para enharinar, pincha aquí). Los sofreímos junto al ajo y la cebolla hasta que se doren y luego bajamos el fuego y los dejamos unos 5 min a fuego lento. Añadimos el vino y dejamos que se evapore el alcohol durante un par de minutos.
    En thermomix: Sazonar y enharinar el conejo y añadirlo 9 min, varoma, giro a la izquierda y vel cuchara. Dos min antes de acabar, echar el vino por el bocal.
  3. * Luego añadimos el caldo y dejamos cocer, a fuego lento, durante una hora aproximadamente. Otro truquito es machacar el hígado en el mortero y añadirlo al guiso media hora antes de terminar, así, los niños no lo encontrarán pero se lo comerán.
    En thermomix: Incorpora el caldo 30 min, varoma, cuchara y giro a la izquierda. Luego, 25 min, 100ºC, cuchara y giro a la izquierda.
  4. Servir con patatas fritas o patatas panaderas. Riquísimo!!!!!!!!!
