Si elegimos Thermomix: ponemos el vaso con 600 ml de agua, en el varoma ponemos las berenjenas troceadas y en la bandeja los lomos de bacalao. Programamos 25', tem varoma, vel 2. De esta manera tendremos todo cocido. Escurrimos el vaso y seguimos el paso 1.
  3. Para la presentación colocamos medio lomo de bacalao por ración, añadimos unos picatostes a la crema y regamos con un chorrito de aove.
