- Cuando acabe el tiempo ya tendremos nuestra cremosa de espinacas casi lista. Echar en una fuente de horno. Echar un puñadito de Mozzarella y mover. Ahora podríamos meterle unas gambitas peladas repartidas para que se hagan mientras se gratina y tendríamos nuestra cremosa de espinaca con gambas... O unos tacos de jamón...o longaniza en rodajitas... O dejarla así...
- Echar una gruesa capa de queso rallado para gratinar y meter al horno ya precalentado, a 200° hasta que el queso esté dorado y fundido. Y a disfrutar!!
- Si lo cocinas de un día para otro no echar el queso de gratinar, solo la Mozzarella. Cuando se enfríe tapar con film y meter a la nevera. Al día siguiente sacar un rato antes de la nevera. Ponerle el queso y gratinar.... 🤤
