En TM calentamos 50°, 5 minutos, velocidad 1. Echamos las gotas de cuajo en los tarros, preferiblemente de barro, y vertemos la leche.
  3. Tapamos con Albal y llevamos a un lugar templado donde no haya corrientes, yo los meto en horno (apagado por supuesto) es simplemente para asegurar la temperatura estable y sin corrientes. La leche en polvo le da consistencia con lo si os parece que no queda muy consistente tendréis que añadirle un poco más de leche en polvo.
