    Picamos todo bien (en thermomix durante 1 minuto a velocidad 5-7-9).
  4. Y servimos bien caliente.
  5. Además del queso, podemos "mejorar" la receta con un poco de crujiente de jamón serrano. Es muy fácil de preparar.

    En un plato ponemos papel de cocina y encima dos lonchas de jamón serrano. Volvemos a cubrir con papel de cocina el jamón y lo llevamos al microondas. En principio con un minuto suele ser suficiente. Sino le podemos dar 20 segundos más.
  6. Quedará un jamón crujiente que en este caso podemos machacar y así conseguir una especie de sal de jamón que le va perfecto a nuestra crema.
