  20. 50 gr vino blanco para cocinar
  21. 150 gr agua
  22. 100 gr leche evaporada
  23. Sal
  24. Pimienta molida

  1. Papillote de merluza al curry:
    Poner en el vaso la cebolla, el puerro, el ajete y el aceite y trocear 3 seg, vel 5 bajar los restos y programar 6 min, 100°,vel 1. Ahora pondremos nuestro sofrito sobre un trozo de papel de aluminio de 30x40 aprox. Será momento ahora de colocar los cuatro lomos de merluza sobre el sofrito y espolvorear con sal y curry. Cerrar el papillote (paquete de papel aluminio) y reservar
  2. Guarnición de arroz basmati y brócoli:
    Ahora pondremos sobre la tapa del vaso una bandeja de aluminio desechable de bordes bajos (o como en mi caso flaneras individuales) Pesaremos en la bandeja el arroz y el agua, espolvorearemos con sal y curry. Mezclaremos con la espátula y reservaremos. Ahora colocaremos el cestillo sobre la tapa del vaso y pesaremos el brócoli, una vez pesado lo retiraremos y reservaremos
  3. Salsa al curry:
    Poner en el vaso la cebolla, el ajo, el aceite y el curry 3 segundos a velocidad 5, bajar los restos y programar 6 min, 100°,vel 1.
    Añadiremos el vino y, sin poner el cubilete programar 1 min varoma, vel 1.
  4. Acabado el tiempo incorporar el agua, introducir el cestillo con el brócoli, tapar poner el Varoma en su posición y poner dentro la bandeja de aluminio o las flaneras. Tapar el Varoma y programar 10 min, Varoma, vel 1. Acabado el tiempo colocaremos la bandeja del Varoma y pondremos el papillote de merluza. Taparemos el Varoma y programaremos 15 min, Varoma, vel 1
  5. Acabado el tiempo retiraremos el Varoma. Añadiremos al vaso la leche evaporada, la sal y la pimienta y trituraremos 1 min, vel 10.
  6. Serviremos la merluza con el arroz y el brócoli y pondremos la salsa por encima o bien sino gusta a todo el mundo en una salsera para servir al gusto y..... Listos para degustar
