  3. 1 cucharada sopera aceite
  4. 1 cucharada sopera miel

  1. En el vaso de la Thermomix añadimos la harina tamizada, después la levadura (yo disolví la fresca en el agua), la sal, el aceite y la miel.

  3. Programamos la opción de amasar y mientras amasa añadimos las semillas por el hueco. (Yo utilicé la mezcla de semillas de Mercadona y unas nueces troceadas).
  4. Una vez tengamos la masa la colocamos en el molde donde la vayamos a cocer y la dejamos reposar 1h tapada con un paño.
  5. Precalentamos el horno previamente y metemos el pan una vez haya subido 40 min a 180°. A disfrutar!!!
