- 40 ml aceite de oliva virgen extra

- 1 pastilla caldo o sal* (opcional, si usáis agua quedará con más sabor)
- 4 quesitos

- Lava, seca y trocea los calabacines en trozos grandes. Viértelos dentro del vaso. Trocea en 4 partes la cebolla sin piel (yo esta vez he usado puerro, ya que tenia muchos y tenia que gastarlos) y añádelo junto con el aceite. Sofríe 10 minutos, varoma, velocidad 2, sin cubilete.
Añade la patata, el caldo de pollo o el agua y la pastilla de caldo al vaso, y cuece 20 minutos, varoma, velocidad cuchara. Pon el cubilete para que no te salpique. - Agrega los quesitos y tritura 1-2 minutos en velocidad progresiva 5-10. Si queda demasiado espesa, añade un poco de leche o de caldo hasta obtener la consistencia que más te guste. Prueba el punto de sal y listo. Fría o caliente está igual de buena, pero esta vez a tocado fresquita.
