- Con muy poquito aceite sofríe hasta que todo esté blandito y el líquido que suelta reduzca a estar casi seco.(yo utilicé la Thermomix pero pongo la receta con cacerola para que todas podáis hacerla), una vez hecho esto batimos bien hasta tener un puré.
- Vamos a preparar la canela y el clavo insertando este en la rama de canela.
- En la cacerola que tengáis el puré de tomate vamos a poner el resto de ingredientes y la rama de canela con el clavo. Ahora vamos a cocinar a fuego muy bajo 10 min tapado y removiendo de vez en cuando y 10 minutos destapado para que pierda el líquido.
- NOTA: Debe quedar un puré espeso y con brillo, si ves que te queda aguado puedes dejar que reduzca más o poner una cucharadita de espesante de maicena que no da color, ni sabor pero sí consistencia🥰
