- 150 gr almendras (Marcona) crudas, sin piel o tostadas
- 125 gr azúcar blanco
- Opcional: canela y/o limón
Instructions to make to make Turrón de almendras
- Con almendra cruda: se tuestan en el microondas. En un plato apto para microondas se extienden y se riegan con un poco de agua (el culo de un vaso). Se meten 4-5 min, se sacan, se les da la vuelta a todas y se vuelve a regar con un poco de agua. Se meten otros 4-5 min, y listas! Dejamos enfriar antes de hacer el turrón.
- Se puede hacer en batidora o Thermomix. En Thermomix, se pesan 125gr de azúcar y se hace azúcar glass, vel 5-10, 30 seg.
- A continuación se añaden las almendras y se programa 30 seg, vel 6. Tiene que quedar con aspecto de serrín, y hay que ver si se puede compactar. Si no es así, programar 20 segundos más.
- En un recipiente llano (Tupper, cartón de leche cortado por la mitad horizontal...) se pone papel de horno y se echa el turrón poco a poco, mientras con una cuchara lo vamos presionando para que se quede compacto. Lo dejamos enfriar e iremos viendo como coge brillo del mismo aceite de las almendras.
- Opcional: se puede añadir media corteza de piel del limón en el paso del azúcar. También se puede añadir un poco de canela cuando se añaden las almendras y antes de añadirlo en un Tupper.
