  2. Añadir en la Thermomix la cebolla en cuartos, ajos, almendra, aceite ponemos cubilete y trituramos 3" velocidad 5. Mantenemos cubilete en tapa y marcamos 10' 120° velocidad cuchara. Mientras vamos haciendo las bolas con la carne que yo usé dos cucharas para que no se me pegara la carne en las manos porque no lleva pan rallado aquí y las vamos colocando en el varoma para cocinarlas
  3. Después añadimos el vino, agua, azafrán, un pellizco de sal, pimienta negra, laurel, los clavos
  4. Colocamos el varoma en posición (aquí si se desea se puede poner unas patatas a cocinar al vapor como guarnición)
  5. Tapar Varoma y programar 30' temperatura Varoma velocidad 1, retiramos a una fuente y reservamos, añadimos los 50 pan frito y programamos 1' velocidad progresiva de 5 a 10 después vertemos la salsa encima albóndigas y servir.
