  9. Con la bechamel en marcha, empezamos a montar las lasañas utilizando pasta precocida. Sobre cada capa de carne añado un poco de bechamel de cobertura para dar más jugosidad.
  10. Cuando están montadas las lasañas las cubro con la bechamel restante y añado queso emmental para que queden doradas una vez gratinadas.
  11. Una vez frías, las dejo tapadas y con la fecha puesta listas para congelar o guardar en la nevera un par de días.
  12. Cuando queramos comerlas, solo debemos descongelarlas la noche de antes y hornearlas a 180ºC durante 30 minutos.
