    Poner en el vaso de Thermomix, la mantequilla y el aceite 2 minutos, 100º, velocidad 1. Ha de fundir por completo.
    Añadir la harina, evitando ponerla sobre las cuchillas, 2 minutos, 100º, velocidad 2.
    Agregar el resto de ingredientes 5 segundos, velocidad 7.
    Programar 7 minutos, 100º, velocidad 4.
  3. Montaje:
    Poner, en la fuente de hornear, un poco de bechamel, 1 capa de la mezcla de soja, 1 lámina de lasaña, 1 capa de verduras. Repetir alternando.
    Terminar con lámina de lasaña.
    Cubrir la bechamel y queso rallado.
    Hornear a 180º durante 10/15 minutos. Ha de dorar.
