Esta receta la he sacado del libro Simplemente espectacular de thermomix, el otro día me dio por echarles un vistazo ya que los tengo pero con internet ya no se miran tanto como antes y fue abrir por una pagina al azar y para comer soy muy mala pero que me den a mi algo que lleve limón o chocolate que entonces ya me pierdo y desde entonces los tenia en la cabeza para hacerlos.

- Relleno de chocolate:
- 100 gramos chocolate foundant
- 50 gramos nata líquida
- Muffins
- 130 gramos azúcar
- la piel de un limón
- 3 huevos
- 130 gramos mantequilla
- a temperatura ambiente
- 130 gramos harina de repostería
- 3 cucharaditas levadura química (yo le meto todo el sobre)
- 1 pellizco sal

- Ingredientes:
- Relleno de chocolate
*Poner chocolate troceado en el vaso y programarlo 10 segundos velocidad progresiva 5-10
*Fundir el chocolate programando 2 minutos, 50 ºc, velocidad 2
*Incorporar la nata y programar 10 segundos velocidad 2 - Para dar forma al chocolate, verterlo en moldes para bombones o cubiteras, pero sobre todoooo que no se os olvide engrasarlo antes, por que yo he engrasado unos si y otros se me ha olvidado(no se pueden hacer varias cosas a la vez) y no había manera de sacarlos.
*Reservar en el congelador un mínimo de dos horas - Muffins
*Precalentar el horno a 180 ºc
*En el vaso muy seco poner el azúcar y programar 20 segundos velocidad progresiva 5-10
*Añade la piel de un limón y pulveriza programando 20 segundos, velocidad progresiva 5-10 (yo en este paso ya había rallado la piel del limón y lo único que he echo a sido mezclarla con el azúcar 10 segundos velocidad 5) - A continuación incorporar los huevos y programar 2 minutos temperatura 37º velocidad 3
*Añadir la mantequilla y mezclar programando30 segundos velocidad 3
*Por último incorporar la harina, la levadura y la sal y mezclar 10 segundos velocidad 2 1/2, Terminar de mezclar con la espátula - Rellenar hasta la mitad los moldes de muffins, previamente untados con mantequilla ( yo uso el aerosol anti adherente de Wilton, colocar el relleno de chocolate congelado en el centro y terminar de rellenar con masa hasta completar las 3/4 partes del molde, meterlos en el horno durante 15 o 20 minutos aproximadamente.
