- Luego, extendemos la masa sobre el marmol enharinado y amasamos dandole vueltas sobre si mima hacia adentro y apretando un poco la masa , la dejamos como un cilindro y dejamos que suba otra vez
- La cojemos y sobre la bandeja de horno con papel de hornear la extendemos al tamaño deseado ni muy fina , ni muy gruesa , marcamos con los dedos, echamos aceite de oliva virgen por encima, bastantes piñones y bastante azúcar.
- Precalentamos el horno a 250º ycuando la metamos al horno la bajamos a 220º la metemos durante 10 o 12 minutos o hasta que veáis que empieza a dorarse, la sacáis y la salpicáis rápidamente con anís y cuando se enfrié la volvéis a salpicar.
