  1. Preparación en Thermomix: Ponemos en el vaso el azúcar con la piel de naranja 20 segundos/velocidad 10. Bajaremos el azúcar de las paredes con la espátula, añadiremos las zanahorias cortadas a rodajas 20 segundos/velocidad 5. Pondremos los huevos y batiremos 5 segundos/velocidad 7.
  2. Añadiremos la harina junto con la levadura química o polvos de hornear la sal, y la almendra molida. 6 segundos/velocidad 4. Si veis que no se ha mezclado bien podéis repetir la operación 2 ó 3 segundos más.
  3. Yo he utilizado moldes pequeños que veréis en la foto y los he tenido al horno unos 20-25 minutos aproximadamente. Pero esto depende de cada horno. No olvides enmantequillar y espolvorear con harina el molde o los moldes. Dejar enfriar en una rejilla antes de desmoldarlos
  4. Tendremos el horno precalentado a unos 180ºC aproximadamente durante unos 40 minutos aprox. Calor arriba y abajo comprobando con el palito de brocheta. Siempre que utilicéis un molde de 28x20 cm.
  5. Si quereis glasear los bizcochitos. Es muy fácil ponemos azúcar glas con unas gotas de limón y un poquito de agua removemos y dejamos que quede algo espesa la mezcla y cubrimos los bizcochitos.

    Si quereis cubrirlos de chocolate. Solo tenemos que fundir chocolate en el microondas o fundirlo al baño maria en la cocina y cubrirlos.
  6. O simplemente dejarlos tal cual de las tres maneras queda unos bizcochitos fantasticos.
