Precalentar el horno a 180°C y preparar molde. - Poner en el vaso el azúcar y la piel de naranja. Pulverizar 20 seg/vel 10.
- Añadir las zanahorias cortadas y triturar 5 seg/vel 6.
- Agregar huevos y el aceite. Mezclar 30 seg/vel 5.
- Incorporar harina, bicarbonato, levadura, canela, nuez moscada y sal. Mezclar 3seg/vel 6. Terminar de mezclar con una espátula.
- Verter en el molde ya preparado.
- Hornear 60 min a 180°C.
- Frosting
- Poner en el vaso (limpio y seco) el chocolate blanco y ralle 8seg/ vel8.
- Con la espátula, baje el chocolate hacia el fondo. Añadir mantequilla y fundir 1 min/50°C/vel 3.
- Incorporar el Philadelphia, el camembert, el zumo de naranja y el azúcar glass. Mezclar 30 seg/vel3.
- Con la espátula, bajar los ingredientes hacia el fondo del vaso y volver a mezclar 30 seg/vel4.
