- 1 vaina vainilla

- 400 g harina

- 1 clara huevo
- 2 o 3 gotas zumo de limón
- colorante amarillo y naranja
- rotuladores comestible negro, naranja y marrón

Batir la mantequilla con el azúcar y la pizca de sal hasta que quede una mezcla homogénea y esponjosa
Añadir las semillas de la vaina de vainilla
Batir ligeramente el huevo e incorporarlo poco a poco a la mezcla - Tamizar la harina e incorporar a la mezcla anterior. Hasta que quede una masa compacta.
Dejar reposar en la nevera unos 30 minutos.
Transcurrido ese tiempo estirar la masa y cortar con el cortador de patito.
Colocar en una bandeja sobre papel de horno y dejar reposar de nuevo en la nevera otros 30 minutos. - Precalentar el horno a 175 o 180 grados.
Hornear las galletas durante 12 o 14 minutos o hasta que los bordes comiencen a ponerse doraditos.
Sacar del horno y dejar reposar sobre una rejilla hasta que se enfríen.
No decorar hasta que al menos transcurran 24 horas. - Preparación de la GLASA REAL: Utilizaremos la Thermomix: 1.- Poner todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la Thermomix y programar 20 segundos a velocidad 6.
2.- Echar la glasa en un recipiente e ir separando y tiñiendo la glasa que vayais necesitando para decorar los patitos. - Con la manga o con un biberon hacemos el contorno de la cabeza y del cuerpo de los patos con la glasa amarilla o blanca y una vez contorneados, los rellenamos con la glasa. Dejar secar 24 horas.
- Con la glasa naranja dibujamos el pico y una de las patas. Dejamos secar 1 hora.
- Hacemos el ala, la otra patita y el ojito. Dejamos secar otras 24 horas.
- Con el rotulador negro pintamos la pupila, el contorno del ojo y las pestañas. Con el rotulador naranja perfilamos el pico, las patas y las plumas de las alas.
