- Precalentar el horno a 180 grados aire arriba y abajo. La crema pastelera es mejor que la tengáis preparada ya que me gusta ponerla sobre la masa de hojaldre fría y también el brillo para después dar a la tarta.
- Extendemos la masa en el molde y ponemos encima la crema pastelera, pelamos y partimos las manzanas, las vamos colocando encima de la crema y la cubrimos toda, la metemos al horno aproximadamente media hora depende de cada horno.
- Una vez que la saquemos del horno la pincelamos con el brillo de la mermelada.
