  7. En un bol hondo, volcamos la masa del vaso y con la espátula, mezclamos una parte del merengue con movimientos envolventes. Después hacemos lo mismo con el resto del merengue.
  8. Ponemos la mezcla en el molde preparado y metemos al horno 45 minutos a 200º, por abajo durante 30 minutos. El resto del tiempo bajamos la temperatura a 180º.
  9. Comprueba con la ayuda de un palillo que está perfectamente cocido.
  10. Dejamos enfriar y decoramos con azúcar glas o con almendras.
