- Bajar con la espátula lo que se ha quesado en las paredes. Añadir la leche y la cobertura de gelatina para tartas (los 6 g es medio sobrecito). Mantener la velocidad bajita y la temperatura varoma hasta que esté todo bien integrado, más o menos unos 2 minutos.
- Se puede variar la cantidad de gelatina para tartas dependiendo de para que lo quieras usar, yo así lo encuentro perfecto para rellenar.
- Dejar que repose y se temple un minutito y... pensar con que lo vas a disfrutar!
- DE MANERA TRADICIONAL: Poner la mantequilla en una olla a fuego muy flojito para que se derrita sin dejar de remover.
- Añadir el azúcar y no dejar de mover hasta que tome el mismo color que en la Thermomix.
- Echar la leche y el medio sobre de cobertura y llevar a ebullición durante unos segundos. Retirar del fuego y dejar descansar un minutito y disfrutar!
