- Rellena los botes de mermelada que han sido previamente esterilizados con la mermelada y cierra bien.Para esterilizar los botes, introduce por 15 minutos en agua hirviendo.Para hacer el vacío mete los botes de mermelada durante 30 minutos en una cazuela con agua hirviendo. Se conservarán perfectos por varios meses, en mi caso eso de varios meses no aplica, jajajjaj....
