- Una vez colocado y bien repartida la verdura, alrededor y por encima del solomillo, lo envolvemos con el hojaldre, sellando muy bien las puntas y adornándolo con las tiras reservadas.
- Pintamos con el huevo que hemos batido el hojaldre y horneamos hasta que se halla dorado todo el hojaldre, aproximadamente de 10 a 15 minutos, dependiendo del horno.
