- Ponemos en una fuente cuadrada un poco honda , una capa de soletillas o bizcocho y lo regamos con la preparacion de cafe y licor , encima pondremos la crema y lo pondremos en la nevera como minimo unas cuatro o cinco horas, yo lo hago de un dia para otro.
- Luego lo espolvoraremos con cacao en polvo puro
- En thermomix 31 montarlo las yemas y azucar con mariposa 5min v-3y medio tem-37 y otros 5 min misma velocidad sin temperatura las claras v-3y medio y contar un minuto por clara
