  9. 275 g Harina

  1. Con el vaso muy seco, pulverizar el azúcar en velocidad progresiva, 5-10. Añadir las pieles de limón y naranja (secar con un papel de cocina). y ralle a velocidad progresiva 5-10 comprobando que quede pulverizado junto con el azúcar, y bajando lo que nos quede en las paredes del vaso.
  2. Vertimos la leche y la mantequilla y programamos 1 minuto 37º, velocidad 4.
  3. Añadimos el huevo, la levadura y el agua de azahar y mezclamos 20 segundos a velocidad 3.
  4. Incorporamos la harina y un pellizco de sal, mezclamos 30 segundos, velocidad 6 y a continuación programamos 3 minutos velocidad espiga comprobando que se forma una bola que se mueve bien por el vaso.
  5. Precalentamos el horno 50º y lo apagamos. A continuación, enharinando un poco una superficie lisa, sacar la masa del vaso para darle una forma de bollo.
  6. Introducimos con papel vegetal nuestra toña al horno la cual dejaremos entre dos horas y media y 3 horas para que fermente.
  7. Batimos un huevo para pintar todo con una capa fina y decoraremos con un buen puñado de azúcar en el centro como veis en la imagen.
  8. Introducimos en el horno a media altura y unos 150-170 grados durante 40 minutos mas menos. (en funcion de cada horno es diferente).
