Dejar de remover, hasta conseguir la textura deseada (yo la dejé más bien líquida para que en el horno al cocer terminará el punto de la pasta y se espesara) salpimentamos y echamos nuez moscada. Ahora ya podemos ir montando nuestra lasaña, alternando capas (pasta-carne-pasta-carne-pasta).
  5. Por ultimo, cubrimos bien toda la lasaña con bechamel y con queso rallado. Metemos al horno con calor (200 grados) arriba y abajo durante unos 15-20 min, o hasta que veamos que el queso se queda doradito.
  6. Sacamos del horno y dejamos reposar un rato, para que pierda un poco de calor. Repartimos en porciones al gusto y a disfrutar!
