  2. Después hice puré de patata (2 patatas + leche desnatada + un chorrito de aceite), que lo hice con la Thermomix pero sin ella también se puede hacer y sale muy rico. Lo eché en la fuente en la que estaba la carne con las verduras, pero como el puré era un poco espeso, pues había zonas donde había más y otras donde no había nada. Decidí coger otra patata, pelarla, dejarla unos minutitos en el microondas para que se ablande y ponerla en rodajas por encima.
  3. Yyyyyyyy volví a echar queso rallado porque soy una cheese lover. Pero, además, para darle un poco de colorcito, piqué en trozos muy pequeños medio pimiento verde y lo eché por encima.
  4. Después lo metemos al horno a 200°C unos 20 minutitos o hasta que veamos que tiene ya buena pinta.
  5. ¡Y listo para el plato!
