  4. Poner mas de la mitad de los bizcochos en un molde desmoldable... cubierto con papel aplastar bien y reservar en el frigorífico.
  5. Echar en el vaso limpio el queso de untar y el azúcar batir 15 segundos velocidad 2.
  6. Echar en el vaso el zumo del limon..la gelatina reservada y mezclar 20 segundos a velocidsd 4.
  7. Ahora mezclar todo con la nata con movimientos envolventes.
  8. Poner todo esto sobre los bizcochos...dejar cuajar un poco. Y despues echar por encima el resto de los bizcochos. Guardar en el frigirifico hasta el dia siguiente. Unas 8 horas.
  9. Desmoldar y servir
